As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect throughout the whole process once the sellers accepted my offer. When looking for a home inspector, several close friends recommended Bob, as they had once used him for their inspection. I learned very quickly during that Bob is very thorough and punctual. He explained every little detail to me so that I understood and literally left no stone unturned! Bob is a very friendly man and was equally as professional. I would certainly recommend him to anyone buying a new home and was looking for the best quality and knowledgeable experience.

Bob did a great job at my home, he inspected every area of my home and showed me things that I never knew. Things in my home that I should get fixed, or looked at by a professional. My home is within 6 years old. I had my home inspected as it was being built. Things they did or did not do in my home Bob saw. Bob Moore is experienced and professional. When I was moving into my new house I had Bob come over and do an inspection, he certainly knew exactly what he was doing and left no stone unturned. Bob is a retired contractor himself so he knows the building codes, just as anyone. He found a few issues with my air conditioner and furnace that would have cost me a ton of money down the road but he was able to tell me how to fix them to prevent long term damage.

I had other inspectors in the past that overlook a lot of things and real estate agents recommend them so they don’t expose a problem which could keep a buyer from backing out of a deal. But Bob is not like that at all he is an honest Christian man who is trustworthy. He was also able to tell me about a few plumbing issues that I was able to avoid which most inspectors don’t check. I would highly recommend him because he saved me from having a ton of problems in my new home.

I would recommend Bob to be your housing inspector. We walked around with him and he explained the good and bad that he found. He did a thorough job and we were very pleased. He made this new home buyer feel at ease with his knowledge. His prices were very comparable. Thank you Bob for making us feel secure about buying our new home!!

Bob Moore inspected a mobile home I was considering buying. He was prompt and did an excellent inspection of the interior and exterior of the home including the roof. He made sure all the appliances were working including the furnace and AC units. He made recommendations as to what needed to be repaired or upgraded. He also took pictures of everything he considered an issue. I would highly recommend his services to anyone considering a home inspection.
